Maya is 7 months!

I can't believe it..I think I say something like that every month, but it's really true! I feel like it was just yesterday that I was holding a tiny smidge of a person wondering if we would make it to a week and then a month! And here we are in the second half of her first year..

Maya's doing great. She loves her feet and is chewing them at any given opportunity. She's still clamoring for Da-Da all the time, which can be frustrating--is Ma-Ma that hard to say?

We've joined some mom's groups here and have met some other kiddos the same age--she is very interested in them and loves to grab them-their noses, their hair, etc. Hopefully she'll learn to play nice soon.

Oh, and the first tooth has officially broken through. I don't think it will show up in a picture, but I promise to take a picture of it soon..

Our Easter wasn't all that "Easterish", but we'll have a nice Greek meal tomorrow with Callie. Today we were too busy unpacking and trying to get the house organized before Peter has to go back to work tomorrow. We have Maya's room organized except for her crib..that's a whole 'nother project! We played there a little today:

We're here!

No pictures yet..but some will come soon :) We are getting settled into our new house and really liking it. The movers dropped off our stuff on Thursday afternoon and we've been unpacking ever since! Maya celebrated her first Passover last Monday night and will be celebrating her first Greek Easter this weekend. The dogs are loving their new digs and very happy that Peter insisted they have a yard.
